Policy changes and cancellations
Changes and cancellations must be notified in writing. Please send an email to service-reise@allianz.com or use our Chat tool.

Cancellation advice
If, after an unforeseen event, you are unsure whether it would be better to cancel your travel or simply wait and see, please feel free to ask us for advice.
