Report your insured event in our Customer Portal quick and easy online, stating your insurance policy number. You can view the processing status at any time.

To view your personal information, you can go on your policy overview, in the first section “Personal information”.
To view and download your documents, you can go at the bottom of your policy overview in the section policy documents. There, you have to click on the download logo just on the right of the section, next to the date.
You can see your policy status at the top of your policy overview, between the type of contract (Annual term or Short term) and the price per month. It indicates :
Active policy (means your policy is effective)
Cancelled policy (means your policy has been cancelled)
Expired policy (means your policy is no longer within the insurance period
Your policy overview is divided in three parts :
General information where you can see the policy status and policy information
“My policy” where you can see your personal and contact information and see the policy details (covers)
A preview of your policy documents
To file a claim, click on “My claims” at the top of the page or click on the “Go to the Claim portal” button at the bottom of the main page.
